Over the past few courses I’ve learned that in order to successfully initiate change you must start with a powerful call to action.
When I initially began the DLL program I created an innovation proposal followed by and implementation outline. The digital learning in global context course allowed for further research and therefore I was able to update my innovation plan and create a research presentation (below) that discusses what has worked, what could have been done better, and lastly how to apply the lessons learned.
Through additional research I was also able to expand my literature review to include articles over a global context.
It was very interesting to see how different countries are implementing blending learning and the effects it is having on their students. I gained valuable information in order to improve the level of success I will achieve in my classroom by implementing my innovation plan.
